Simas Advocacia is a law firm dedicated to providing legal services to a diverse clientele, both domestically and internationally, and is composed of professionals with experience acquired in renowned law firms.
Established in 2023, the firm’s mission is to deliver high-quality legal services with personalized attention, guided at all times by the principles of ethics, legality, and a firm commitment to social responsibility.
The firm’s practice is primarily focused on litigation and legal consultancy, particularly in the areas of Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Corporate Insolvency.
Additionally, Simas Advocacia is engaged in preventive and extrajudicial legal consulting, notably in the drafting and review of corporate documents as well as commercial and real estate contracts, with the objective of providing secure and effective legal solutions to its clients.

Representation of debtors (individuals and legal entities), creditors, investors, and court-appointed trustees in judicial reorganization, out-of-court restructuring, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Advisory Services in Civil (including Real Estate) and Corporate Law
Extrajudicial legal assistance including the drafting, review, and analysis of civil and commercial contracts; negotiation and execution of legal transactions; preparation of legal opinions and memoranda; and risk assessment related to ongoing or potential litigation. Incorporation of business entities and preparation of corporate documents.
